A solo musical of tapes & other tangents

TUPPER

Written & Performed by Florencia Iriondo

SHORTLISTED BEST EDINBURGH FRINGE SHOW BY WEST END WILMA AWARDS

GOTHAM STORYTELLING FESTIVAL

Nov 14th at 3pm |TICKETS|

Tupper is coming of age, but a decade late.

A rom-com, but the guys are four cities.

A musical, but the soundtrack is on tape.

One old Tupperware doing its best to keep it all together. There will be songs. And stories. And lots of tangents. Some of them will even be relevant.

Absurd and nostalgic: what happens when a teen radio host from 90s Buenos Aires grows up, moves to New Zealand, Dublin and New York, and somehow keeps the cassettes—and the questionable decisions.

From the creator/performer of SOUTH, which premiered Off-Broadway at Soho Playhouse, winning the Pipeline Arts First Prize for New Musical Theater and a HOLA Award for Outstanding Performance in Musical Theater.

An earlier version of Tupper (formerly known as Song Society) ran twice at Edinburgh Fringe's Underbelly and was shortlisted for Best Show by the West End Wilma Awards. With development by Pipeline Arts + Drama Club Camp and shows at Prospect Musicals and Matchbook Fest.

Florencia is an Argentina-born, New York-based writer, actor, and producer with a career spanning theater, television, and digital media—from MTV and Off-Broadway to the Edinburgh Fringe and LinkedIn Studios, which she founded and led the studio as Showrunner & Executive Producer of original video & podcast series.

A show for travelers, overthinkers, and sentimental fools. Because sometimes a song is just a song. And sometimes it becomes a 20-minute story about Dublin.

“Like Pixar's Inside Out, it reminds us that our identities are shaped by moments and memories – both the silly and profound… charming and intimate.”

—The Scotsman (2025)

Personal and conversational, like a Bridget Jones's Diary or a Sex and the City for a generation of global economic migrants.”

—The Scotsman (2024)

“If Total Recall, Eternal Sunshine, and Upload had a theatrical baby, scored by a mellowed-out Chappell Roan... There’s something quietly original here, and it feels like a show with legs.”

—One4review (2025)

IF EAT, PRAY, LOVE WAS SET IN AN MTV UNPLUGGED STUDIO”
